We’re expanding our Branding Services team and looking for a Brand Designer who’s passionate about creating visually compelling brand identities that tell stories, connect with audiences, and align with each client’s vision.

Role Overview

As a Brand Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the Founder & Creative Director to conceptualize, design, and develop brand identities for clients across diverse industries. You’ll help translate ideas into cohesive brand systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides, ensuring every design reflects both creativity and strategic intent.

This role combines creativity with structure: you’ll handle multiple client projects, participate in reviews, and ensure timely delivery of polished assets ready for digital and print use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complete brand kits (logos, color palettes, fonts, and visual guidelines).

  • Create visual assets for marketing collateral, presentations, and digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with the Founder & Creative Director to align creative direction with strategy.

  • Communicate with clients to refine visual identity concepts based on feedback.

  • Prepare and deliver final files in professional formats (web, print, and social).

  • Maintain organized project files and meet weekly check-in timelines.

  • Support website and social media teams by providing consistent visual assets.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative visual design (marketing agency experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design, brand identity systems, and layout design.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.

  • Excellent visual communication and attention to detail.

  • Strong sense of color theory, typography, and modern design trends.

  • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Integrity, accountability, and ability to manage multiple creative projects.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for brand storytelling.
