Ledona-Mata Marketing is a human-centered, AI-powered, and community-driven marketing agency ecosystem helping entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners grow through creativity, strategy, and smart automation.

We’re expanding our early-stage team and looking for dedicated Account Executives who can manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure each client feels supported, informed, and valued.

Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the relationship between LMM and its clients during onboarding. Once leads are handed over by the Growth Representatives, you’ll take ownership of the client journey, guiding them through strategy alignment, campaign coordination, and performance updates.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple accounts while collaborating with our internal creative and web teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure all project deliverables are aligned with client goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Web Solutions, Marketing, Branding) to execute campaigns.

  • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and transparent updates.

  • Track progress, KPIs, and milestones across multiple client accounts.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance review meetings.

  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Growth team.

  • Prepare weekly client status reports for the Founder & leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in account management, client relations, or project coordination (marketing agency experience preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client timelines.

  • Confident in client calls, follow-ups, and presentation settings.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms, and Google Workspace.

  • Integrity, accountability, and consistent time management.

  • A team player with a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
