As we continue to expand, we’re building a team that values innovation, collaboration, and purpose. We’re currently hiring a Growth Representative to help drive client acquisition, lead generation, and outreach as part of our early-stage growth journey.
Role Overview
TThe Growth Representative plays a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing leads through the sales process. You’ll be part of a small but driven team, helping to build relationships, maintain our CRM, and track growth performance, while representing LMM with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and social media channels.
Conduct outreach to introduce LMM’s services, digital products, and community programs.
Qualify leads and update CRM records (Plaky) accurately and consistently.
Collaborate with the Founder & team to schedule discovery calls with qualified leads.
Support marketing campaigns through lead follow-ups and engagement activities.
Submit weekly KPI reports and attend team check-ins.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in a marketing or SaaS setting).
Excellent communication skills in professional English, written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
Familiar with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.).
Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
Passionate about marketing, community building, and working in a startup environment.
