As we continue to expand, we’re building a team that values innovation, collaboration, and purpose. We’re currently hiring a Growth Representative to help drive client acquisition, lead generation, and outreach as part of our early-stage growth journey.

Role Overview

TThe Growth Representative plays a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing leads through the sales process. You’ll be part of a small but driven team, helping to build relationships, maintain our CRM, and track growth performance, while representing LMM with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and social media channels.

  • Conduct outreach to introduce LMM’s services, digital products, and community programs.

  • Qualify leads and update CRM records (Plaky) accurately and consistently.

  • Collaborate with the Founder & team to schedule discovery calls with qualified leads.

  • Support marketing campaigns through lead follow-ups and engagement activities.

  • Submit weekly KPI reports and attend team check-ins.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in a marketing or SaaS setting).

  • Excellent communication skills in professional English, written and verbal.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.

  • Familiar with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and a growth mindset.

  • Passionate about marketing, community building, and working in a startup environment.
