Role Overview
We’re hiring experienced Virtual Assistants to join our growing roster of trained professionals supporting clients across different industries. You’ll help with administrative operations, scheduling, research, and light marketing or social-media-related tasks, while receiving ongoing guidance and training from our team before being matched with a client.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks (emails, calendar, file organization, data entry).
Support clients with scheduling, research, and follow-ups.
Assist with basic marketing activities; such as posting on social media, content scheduling, or engagement tracking.
Communicate clearly with both the client and the LMM support team.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and consistency in output.
Participate in onboarding and training sessions led by LMM before client placement.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an admin support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication in professional English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using remote-work tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or project-management apps).
Basic understanding of marketing, social media, or digital tools is a plus.
Must be adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn.
